What is "Doner" We use fresh beef, lamb, chicken, and turkey meat, which is slowly roasted over a vertical oven, designed and imported from Germany. As the spit rotates, the seasoned meat cooks evenly and distributes the German and Mediterranean flavors throughout the Doner. As a complete meal, Doner serves 40% meat, 20% Naan (flat-bread), and 40% salad and a sauce.

Our dressings are made with cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and fresh lemon juice. 90% Less Fat! All salads are made with mixed romaine/iceberg lettuce and come with pasta salad and served w/ toasted (Pita-bread).
